Went down at 11ish and put up my 13m as it wasnt too windy. Picked up alot on my first run out and was way overpowered so put that down and went out on my 9. Wind was very gusty though, and it was high tide so i wasnt having much fun. Gave up after an hour and went home shattered.

Got a call from my dad at about half 4ish so went down (with his wetsuit he had forgoten !!), and it looked much better. Tide was low and it was still as windy. Wasnt going to bother though as i was still pretty tired, but then thought i could get run over by a bus tomorow so went out again !! much beter this afternoon, had about 2 hours in the river where it was dead flat. Did my first grabs today which didnt last long, but were a start !!!!! shame i went out too early really and didnt wait for the tide to go out a bit, as it spoiled a great afternoon
